Best Western Plus Provo University Inn

Very Happy with the hotel. Spa is heated and clean as well as the pool. Breakfast was delicious and staff is very friendly. Downtown is a short drive down the street. Our room was fresh and clean, had a view of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location. Nice beds. Good breakfast. Negative: There are so few outlets in the rooms and in far away places from the bed. I had to unplug the lamp to plug in my cpap machine and my charging cord. The next closest plug was 15 feet away.

This was the first place we found that had an elevator! Does no where in Provo but Best Western have elevators?!? Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! He was a super sweetheart! Explained how everything worked, when the Continental breakfast was served and where we could eat that was open at 2a! Room was spacious. Two queen beds, a desk, Keurig w/ coffee, TV, bathroom was nice. I'm disabled. Was able to get into and out of the shower fairly easy. They had a handle on the side of the shower for stability. Continental breakfast was great. Eggs, bacon, fruit, breads, jams, oatmeal and cereals. Check out was super easy, and that's saying a bunch coming from someone who lives in Vegas her whole life! 5 stars! Great job!

I honestly got scared after reading other recent reviews, but it was ok. We stayed here for two nights while dropping off our student at BYU. The place was slightly dingy, the hallways smell a little funky, the bathroom door stuck and the tub is older and stained.||But there were no bugs, nothing was dirty, and breakfast was totally fine. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room temperature was nice and cool. For the cost savings compared to other close hotels, we would choose this one again.||So really, I think if cost is a big factor for you, save a bit of cash and stay here.

My stay at this hotel was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The overall atmosphere was calm and inviting, which immediately made me feel at ease. Everything throughout the property was spotless and well-kept, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the stay. The room itself was very comfortable, with all the standard amenities provided at a high standard. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel—it made a huge difference in how well I slept each night. I also really appreciated how well the curtains blocked out the light, keeping the room perfectly dark for a restful sleep. Another highlight was the large window in my room, which offered a lovely view of the landscaping outside. It added such a refreshing touch to the space and made it f
