Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel

We've stayed 3 times. We've had issues each time and will not be staying again. With the first visit we immediately noticed the bathroom was dirty and no housekeeping staff was working so we had to change rooms. With the 2nd visit the refrigerator was barely cool and had no way to adjust the temperature. On the third visit there was no body wash, and outlet next to the bed didn't work and the room was somehow cold, yet humid. Also, the fan had to be left on at all times to help manage the humidity. The breakfast lacks selection and flavor.

Positive: Employee was helpful. Negative: When we approached our room, the smell of pot was strong. When we reached our door, it was open and the pillows were in the middle of the bed. The smell came from that room. We were offered another room at the other end of the hall. Beds are very hard.

Did not clean our room one day during our stay. Argued with the front desk. Lied about being at full capacity and they were not. Said if I wanted my room cleaned to let them know.🤷‍♀️...maids ended up talking to me and being great..one corporate operator hung up on me when I called. Never stay here again!!!!

This place is one of the worst experiences I had ever stayed at a hotel motel room . Winter storm of the century hit and they didn’t let me extend my stay. I only stay for a week and was thinking I can stay extended for work. I am disabled and have serious medical issues. I will let God handle it. Do not stay here if you are handicap or have any chronic terminal illnesses. They will kick you out.

We've stayed at this location many times, and are always happy with our stay. The have the best staff, they are incredibly friendly. Cheyenne is a real stand out, she is always so helpful. Rooms are always clean, and the pool is nice. We will continue to use this best western and always recommend it to friends and family when in town.
