Best Western Plus Orange County Airport North

The hotel overall was good. The location was excellent for what we were doing. Our room was quiet and clean. The bed was too soft for me but otherwise fine. The shower water pressure was great. ||The breakfast was pretty good for a budget hotel. We were served hot plates of food instead of getting everything ourselves. We appreciated this as it kept everything clean and we didn’t have to wait on other guests touching everything before deciding on something. ||The pool was closed for our stay (Jan 2026) for repair. It is a nice sized pool and looks good. It was fine for us as we were not going to use it this time. ||We didn’t use the fitness room so can’t comment on that. ||Overall we would stay again.

I almost always stay at BW properties when I travel. Best Western Plus properties are my favorite. This property has got to be one of the best I have stayed at in the 11 Western States that I mostly travel. The service here is good too. The breakfast is done right. They give you a voucher that is good for each day you stay. Most mornings, 6am to 9am. Well, the days I stayed. I stayed Thursday thru Sunday morning. January 29 to February 1, 2026. Room was clean and kept up daily too. That hasn't been the case post 2020 but... Lately, I have noticed this trend coming back. I love this service. I hope all hotel chains keep this idea moving forward. The check in process was a bit rushed and robotic. I get getting to the point but there is a bedside manner that should be like you've come home

Positive: Easy check in and out. Negative: The walls and the floor were so thin. The guest above us were making so much noise it was hard to sleep.

Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Everything in the room worked great. The gym, was basically useless. The machines were not working or didn't feel safe to use. They also make you grab a 'gym' key in exchange for your room key to access the gym. 🤷🏻‍♂️ If you need a place for a night, not a bad deal, just don't plan to use the gym. Location is off the 55 and there are quite a bit of transients in the area. Hotel felt safe, but don't recommend walking at night.

Helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Cleaning staff is stingy with the toilet paper. Swimming pool has been out of service for almost a month. Otherwise I would give them*****.
