Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms

Just arrived home from staying for 2 weeks at this hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are cleaned daily by hardworking friendly staff. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Each day it alternated scrambled eggs or omelets, bacon or sausage. Waffle makers with 2 choices of plain or blueberry, Fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread to make toast, bagels and cream cheese. The pool is small but that area very well maintained. It is quite a far walk to the the ocean as the first few streets do not have direct access. It was good exercise. It was fine during the day time but after sunset there is quite a few homeless on the streets and some sketchy people so I was not comfortable walking back to the hotel in the evening. Positive: The staff was great. It was clean and it has a welcoming lobby area. The office area, and a few seating area’s on the first floor are nice to hang out in for a bit. Negative: The Hotel itself is nice. It has a few snacks for sale. The breakfast eggs looked like what they were, dumped out of the freezer into the warmer, littler saucers of white and yellow - hard pass,

I stayed for one night at this hotel, and pretty much everything was perfect. It was the night before Thanksgiving and I got a very good corporate rate. I arrived very late at night and had to park in the back but I could easily access my room from the back of the building as there was an elevator there. My room was clean and spacious with quite a large bathroom and I slept like a baby. Internet worked well. Strong recommend.

Very clean, comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, I love the seating areas inside and outside. The breakfast was great. I love that they have the coffee maker in the room. The only thing I don’t like is it’s a little bit busy coming out, but it’s not that bad. It’s a nice walk to the pier if you’re a walker. Overall fantastic day and definitely will stay here again.

The room wasn't ready upon arrival but it was almost ready. Costumer service was nice. Our room was clean when we walked in. The breakfast was disappointing, other Best Western has had better breakfast options. All we had from the breakfast options were coffee and decaf coffee. It was nice to see they had soy milk as a nondairy option but that was it. And a waffle maker. They also have washer and dryer to use via an app that could only be used on phone not tablet. The washer are alright, dryer dried well. Check out was easy. The location is good, many restaurants walking distance and near the beach. There was also plenty of parking near doors you can open with your room key card. It rained the whole time there so we couldn't use the pool since it's outdoor.
