Best Western Plus Inn at Valley View

This is the best hotel yet! I've visited many in the past year and here I had plenty of space. There are many different sections of seating areas. I was able to find a place to exercise, do school work on a patio beside the pool without disruption. I was able to keep an eye on the kids and do school work in quietness. The staff were amazing. I would absolutely visit here again.-Sanikqa Burris

Sign to Best Western at end of long road. Several buildings, none with any name on them. Not even a sign on the door to the lobby. Wife checked us in as she is a member. Thanked for being a diamond member and given 2 bottles of water. Had booked several weeks ago and told only one king room remained, next to very busy and noisy road. They should have RESERVED us a better-located room. Both of us had a very bad night's sleep||At least we could park in Diamond parking space (since all handicapped spaces already taken). Called to make sure the pool was in fact heated and was open to swim, the guy at the desk confirmed both ,booked the reservation, we get there 4.5 hrs later after the drive which is a half waypoint of my destination only to find out the pool is closed. Only reason we picked this hotel as there were many nicer hotels in the same area for almost the same after taxes. Unfortunately they got us and I'm someone that don't like to complain or affect someones place of business but come on. The front desk is across from the pool how could the guy at the desk when you call not know? Room was alright but definitely is on its lastyears before needing a total facelift, hole on the tub,peeling ceiling paint, this is a pet friendly hotel which I don't mind but if you don't like the smell of possible th

Positive: Convenient location just off the highway and in the middle of shopping and dining options Negative: Unable to adjust room temp. Uncomfortably cold.

Excellent and friendly check in staff. Very willing to help you. Rooms pleasant and clean. Lots of dining and shopping and just off major highways.
