Best Western Plus Chelsea Hotel

This hotel is great. Staff are extremely nice. The beds are really comfortable. The only thing I can gripe about is a shower heads, they're ready for some upgrades in that department. Lol. Thanks for having us!

It’s an older clean property. Beds aren’t the most comfortable. Staff is very nice and accommodating, including a very nice breakfast lady who was very helpful. Pool was nice. Good solid choice to stay outside of the cities.

I stay here several times a year. The rooms are clean and neat. The beds and pillows are comfy. The pool is clean and warm and the whirlpool is smokin hot. Breakfast is good, clean fill and coffee is always hot. This is quintessential Best Western and it's why I always choose Best Western.

This is a CLEAN and comfy hotel. Very pleased with my stay. I had zero issues and check in was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again if im ever in the area.

Excellent experience. The staff were all very friendly. The room was clean and roomy. Beds were comfy. Shower worked great. Big fluffy towels, Bkfst is set up where a person serves you a plate of the hot food selections, which is a little awkward if you're socially stunted in the morning like me. I'm sure it helps reduce waste. The servers were kind and cheery, so I survived. There is a latte / hot cocoa machine in the lobby, which is fun. Nice pool area and large hot tub. Lots of restaurants nearby, and easy access in and out of the hotel parking lot.
