Best Western Plus Best WesternI Airport Hotel - Arundel Mills

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. After the second day we asked when were they going to clean the room. The manager said after 2 nights. Lol They offer a $50 gift card for a 3 night stay, but there's a catch. Overall I wouldn't stay here again .

We stay here quite frequently but this week we checked in last Thursday for a Friday flight. No issues except no body wash, minor. However we were never told they no longer provide a 24 hour shuttle and yesterday when we arrived in Denver and due to delays were going to arrive no longer at 10:30 pm but now 1 am, we were then told about the service being discontinued. Also, when we did finally arrive at the hotel around 1:30 am, only to find 4 individuals outside the front door, drunk, smoking pot. Two were actually sitting on the sidewalk and two on the bench to the right of the front door. Not acceptable. I did mention it to the front desk person last night, nothing. Then I mentioned it to the manager this morning at breakfast. He seemed to know who it was. I get it if the hotel is pro

Positive: The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed the large spacious room with clean linen and free WiFi. The breakfast in the morning where sausage eggs and cheese was available in abundance. The staff was also attentive to our needs. Negative: Nothing..

Exceptional customer service. I've traveled to several hotels this year. One of the best experiences ever. .Granddaughter had a Sweet 16 party. Management and the staff were phenomenal. The area was excellent fir us to gave a great layout for food, seating, dessert, DJ, and dancing. Thank you Ray and team.

Based on other positive reviews, I gave this hotel a call to see if they still offered shuttle service from the airport. When I mentioned I was going on a cruise the helpful man at the front desk told me about their non-publicized Cruise fare rate that included drop off and pick up from the cruise terminal and would take us back to the airport!!||We used their complementary airport pick up (about a 20 minute wait) then on to the hotel where our room was ready. Very comfortable and clean standard king room. I found the front desk staff extremely friendly as well as their shuttle drivers. ||Directly across the parking lot is the Stained Glass Pub which had a very extensive menu, good food, and ample portions. There are no shops or other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel
