Best Western Plaza Inn

Great Hotel!! Rooms were very Clean And Cozy, Pool was very Clean as well, We enjoyed it. Breakfast was very delish, and everything Fresh, I just didn’t like that it smelled like Fabuloso 🤣 they were cleaning while we were eating Our Breakfast and the odor messed up my appetite, please clean at least one hour before you open up breakfast area. Customer service was All right, Please, Tell your Personnel to add a little more smiles in their Faces… Doesn’t cost a Penny To Smile! 🙏😁

Definitely an older property. The pics make it look much fresher than it is. Friendly check in. You pull up to the rooms and they have exterior doors. You definitely hear people in the parking lot, the door seal wasn’t really there. Breakfast is the standard fare for hotels. Large room refrigerator, but I was shocked it didn’t have a freezer. Kills the idea of ice packs and a cooler. Rooms have been renovated, but still need some work. It was clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. Older innerspring mattress. I guess for the price and maybe compared to other older hotels/motels in the area, it’s probably pretty good.

Positive: Great location, good shower, good breakfast and reasonable price Negative: Cheap furniture, uncomfortable bed, noisy AC, no place for luggage, no carpets (bare floor)

3/6/26-3/7/26 room: 306 We stayed one night at Best Western Plaza Inn and overall the experience was just okay. I booked it because I’ve stayed at other Best Western locations before and had good experiences, so I expected something similar. Check-in was simple. The lobby looked fine and smelled clean, and the woman at the desk was polite. She gave us a small map showing where the pools and breakfast area were located. The property is spread across multiple buildings on both sides of the street though, and it was honestly confusing to navigate. I never actually found the indoor pool or the breakfast area. With two babies, I wasn’t about to wander around at 6 a.m. trying to figure it out, so we just planned to get breakfast somewhere else. Some larger or clearer signage around the property

Great hotel smack dab in the middle of all the action. Rooms were clean and beds are very very comfortable. We had the family suite with one king bed and a separate bedroom with two queen beds and it's separate bathroom. Room also came with dishwasher, refrigerator and sink. Very very very nice for the price so it was a good value. Staff was very friendly and they have an indoor heated pool with hot tub which the kids loved. Housekeeping clean the room each night and turn down the beds. Highly recommend This hotel especially for its location in cleanliness
