Best Western Paducah Inn

Rooms are clean and nice, quiet stay. My stay was 10 days and my only "issue" was my bed was never made. Fresh towels everyday. I'm sure if I asked they would have done my bed for me but I didn't care that much.

I had a great stay here and honestly left impressed with how well everything went. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I got a solid night's rest after a long day on the road. The staff really stood out-they were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist anytime I needed something. You can tell they care about making guests feel welcome. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. There were plenty of options, everything was stocked, and the dining area was clean and easy to navigate. Between that and the convenient location right off the highway, it worked out perfectly for my trip.

It was kind of disappointing for the price paid. The lobby had a very strong smell of curry, which is not everyone's favorite. It's a two story motel with no elevator, but we were on the first floor, so no issue there. The room was clean enough, the chair had ripped fabric and the shower was in bad need of a good scrubbing; a lot of mold. The bathroom sink was great. Room was large and the TV worked well. It was obviously a pet friendly room as the hair on the carpet covered baseboards showed. The bed was rock hard. No USB plugs and not nearly enough outlets. A/C was okay. Breakfast needed help; not a lot of choices and very slow to refill foods that were out. Front desk person was also the breakfast attendant. Not really up to BW standards.

Positive: Staff was helpful. Breakfast had good variety and was well prepared. Negative: My room toilet bowl did not refill correctly, took a long time for the sound to subside.

We stayed here during a long road trip and really appreciated how convenient it was right off the highway. The front desk attendant who checked us in late at night was incredibly friendly and welcoming — he was truly the highlight of our stay. That said, our room unfortunately had a very strong smoke smell, which was tough for me since I’m allergic. The room overall felt a bit worn and rough around the edges. Breakfast in the morning was solid, though for the price point, we realized we could have stayed at the nearby luxury boutique hotel for only a little more. It worked for a quick stop in a small town on a cross-country drive, though, and we're thankful to the staff!
