Best Western Newberry Station

Wow! What a nice stay! Grounds are well kept. It’s older but adds to the charm, better built than the new ones!! Rooms are quieter, you don’t have to hear everyone’s shower and trip down the hallway 👍 Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. Nicely decorated with a quality feel. Well worth the price paid! I’d absolutely stay again!

The staff at BW Newberry were very friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with greeted us and offered assistance. The entire facility was clean and fresh. The room very comfortable, including a great bed! The location is quiet enough to open the windows! We will return.

Clean out your air center. Teach your house keepers how to clean under items and how to pick up and move and wipe underneath. Over all wasn’t please with the lack of fresh fruit options available. And your ice machine needs cleaned or replaced. Black mold comes out with the ice.. when I went to tell the lady working the front desk she was too busy speaking of the breakfast attendant about employee drama in the workplace. No greeting just two lady’s gossip about a horrible workplace watching the tip jar. Don’t you dare stand near it that’s the only time they pay attention to you! we won’t be returning

The lady that checked us in was GREAT! The rooms were clean. There was a very loud whining/humming sound coming from the tub when we were running water for a bath. Not sure what that was. The guy working the morning shift/breakfast room was not great. My husband and 4 yr old daughter went to get breakfast...based off the time on the clock in the room it was 6am. My daughter just wanted some eggs before we had to leave. The guy very rudely told my husband he had to wait until breakfast time, which apparently was still 10 minutes away. My daughter ended up having to take her eggs to go because we couldn't get them a few minutes early. Be aware...don't show up to the breakfast room before 6AM!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It is a two-story hotel without an elevator, which was a little inconvenient, but not a big deal. The breakfast offering was very good...great selection and the food was good. I was very happy to find several fast-food restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel!
