Please respect people’s privacy. If I had a do not disturb sign on my door I expect my room to be in the same exact condition I left it in when I left for work. It’s not appropriate or appreciated. If that’s something that is inevitable take the sign away from the room and let that be known at check in. Otherwise respect the sign on the door and stay out

The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The biggest concern was that the door had a very hard time closing and latching. We had to push on the door to latch the deadbolt to keep the door from opening. Wifi was steady. Heater worked wonderfully on a 20s degree night.

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was a run down motel. Our room looked out to a bar with live music. The walls of the room shook and we could barely hear a thing while the band was playing. The room was clean but dated with rooms looking out to the parking lot.

Terrible room!!! Large crack across the entire width of the plate glass window in the front. Caulking broken and lying on the rim of the bathtub. Bathroom door couldn’t close because the edge of the door was very wavy from a poor patch job done to the door. A large patch was done around the door handle. It wasn’t smoothed out, it was just painted over. About a 10” to 12” in diameter patch. It needs a new door. Smelly pillow and no extra blankets.

The room is pretty nice. The television is large and has the actual remote control. Rare that! The refrigerator needs to be defrosted, otherwise everything is fine.
