Best Western Liberty Inn

The room was fine, for the most part, but I was on the first floor and the window was unlocked and would not lock. It was ill-fitting and the lock slot wouldn't reach. The parking lot was darker than I would have liked. I looked at breakfast and decided to skip it. It may be fine, but it didn't attract me. The room was clean, though, and the attendant at the front desk was friendly and professional. When I dock stars for service, I don't mean the service people, I mean the services provided by the establishment that directs what is offered.

The room was clean, nice bed and pillows. But the front counter desk lady left much to be desired. You have better customer service from gas station attendants than this lady. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day, literally no pleasantries at all. Saw another couple complain about there room as it was not ready. She gave them a new room on 2nd floor and never even apologized about there room not being ready literally nothing. Not sure if she has social problems or what as she did speak good English just chose not to use it. Felt like I was burdening her by checking in.

Staff are great and breakfast is excellent. Rooms are clean and quiet - but the maintenance is non-existent. Floor tiles in entry and bathroom were loose and not level, low water pressure, shower head caked with water deposits, sliding closet doors loose in the tracks, headboard loose on its wall mounts ... so the hotel is clean but just falling apart.

The staff is so friendly, and the room was clean. I always appreciate shampoo on the wall. Thank you for a great night. Breakfast was hot and delicious.
