Best Western Laramie Inn & Suites

Brett was wonderful at check in. He said that he was giving us an ocean view. What he really gave us was a beautiful sunrise! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, very nice selection and variety.

Brent and Karan could not have been nicer!!! This was a quick stopover so my needs were few. There is a Mountain View on the back rooms. Refrigerator WITH a little freezer for ice cream :) and microwave. Coffee in the room. The swimming pool and hot tub were being used but they looked nice. I used the Workout Room and it was perfect . The bed had a slump in the middle but I just slept on my back. The AC/Heat were good. The shower had good flow and hot. Room was clean and towels were okay. Vending and ice bottom floor. There is a coffee machine in the room.

Breakfast - 0.2/5 - gotta give credit to the waffle maker for putting in some good work|Cleanliness - 4/5 - room was clean but needed some renovations done in the bathroom by way of paint missing off the walls in chunks|Smells - 0/5 - room smelled like sugar cookie air freshener the entire time; discovered after staying 5 days they had a wall plug in behind the tv? Pretty sure it was to help with the over-bleached linens that took your breath away |WiFi - 1/5 - worked super well day 1 and then never again

Positive: Friendly staff. Negative: My first room smelled like eggs. The staff kindly got me a new room. This one did not smell but there were some random wet spots on the floor and the shower head made a high pitch noise while showering.

Everyone was extremely nice here. The rooms were very clean. There's not a dog park but it's not for to walk to find grass. Hopefully everyone picks up after their dogs so the local business continues to allow our dogs. We stayed for the continental breakfast. The eggs and fresh waffles were delicious and saved us $$$ from eating at a restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel.
