Best Western Lake Oswego/Portland Hotel & Suites

The room was great, actually one of the best I experienced. The staff was great. Breakfast was OK for me but I don’t eat breakfast. If you are breakfast lovers it will be very disappointing experience.||||There is no real security. The guys from the front desk are sometimes in the back room so everyone can come in. I didn’t feel safe enough to leave my laptop in the room so I had to carry it all the time.||||The worst is the noise 24/7 noisy. Very noisy. So noisy that they put earplugs in the room. This must be stated in the hotel advertisement. If I knew it in advance I wouldn’t book with them.

I''m a frequent guest of Best Western, Lake Oswego & consider it a gem of a property. |The friendly, well-trained staff brings me back again & again. Love the warm indoor pool & fitness center & newly upgraded rooms. They do a nice breakfast as well & suites are fairly priced.

We stayed at at this hotel for six days and really liked it. The location is very convenient. It is right off of the I-5 freeway. There is a gas station next door and restaurants are very close by. The room was large and had a seating area with a couch and coffee table in front of the TV. The room was large and spacious. The hotel staff were not overly friendly but were attentive and did their job well. There is a hotel laundry but it consists of one washing machine and one dryer. We went to the front desk to get quarters for the laundry and the staff member said to go with her down to the laundry room. She had to empty the machine's coin box in order to give us change to use the machine. There is ample parking and a very good Mexican restaurant next door. All in all I would hig

DO NOT STAY HERE AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW 2 DAYS AFTER MY STAY I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $250 I DID NOT DAMAGE OR SMOKE IN THE ROOM. IN FACT MY ORIGINAL 100$ WAS RELEASED JUST TO BE CHARGED 250 TUES MORNING WHEN I LEFT ON SATURDAY Had to come to Portland due to my daughter having surgery. stayed here two nights as our normal best western is down for remodeling this was easy to jump on freeway to head up to the hospital. Rooms are redone very nice even with the freeway noise but thats where the nice stops after our first night housekeeping assuming we checked out throw away our food drinks just bought from their expensive market and minor things that we didnt take with us to hospital and took all our money and change we left in the room (it wssnt alot but more then enoughto not think
