Customer Reviews
I stayed here while on a business trip. It’s an old hotel but since it was recently converted to an AC from a different hotel brand the rooms and common areas are fresh and new. The front desk staff was friendly and the location is near several national chain restaurants. The hot tub was actually the star of the stay. Nice and powerful jets. One of the best I’ve been in. I would stay here again.
Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and updated. I enjoyed the nice facility and the pool. Overall a gorgeous pool. Negative: ""
The hotel is ok. I think its was better as crowne plaza, the breakfast before was well worth the price spent as now it is all finger foods aside from crossaints and the 4 entrees to choose from also the pool was clean but the hot tub smelled horrible of urine and was a yellow tint, as I didnt realize how gross it was until I was in it. Iam currently being treated for hot tub folliculitis. Nasty rash all over my stomach. All in all probably wouldn't pay 300 to stay here again.
Cool elevator with a clear window to the floor as you go up. Lovely rooms. Spacious. The shower head is top notch. We got the king bed for twpo. The hotel itself looks new or just maintained very well. It's hard to find the hotel in the dark when driving up. All the trees I think. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking spaces. Happy Martin Luther King Day.
When we first got in the front desk was very unprofessional and dropped a whole bunch of things and I passed it off as him being new. The room was pretty nice and large. Then we went to the pool and hot tub. The pool is nice and heated so it isn’t cold. But the hot tub isn’t so hot and the bubbles are so inconsistent and just broken. We had breakfast the next morning (not included) and I asked for eggs and no bacon but there were pieces of bacon in it! (I am vegetarian) I also heard the employees gossiping in Spanish and could make out a few bad words here and there. The bar doesn’t make mocktails. It is our last day here and I got into the hot tub without the bubbles on and then all of a sudden it released bubbles from one of the heating jets and it smelled horrible. My throat and my ches
