From the moment we walked in the door Bill at the counter was the greatest host. After a long day of traveling it was refreshing to be met with such hospitality. Sadly what used to be the norm is hard to find these days but here we find it. Bill gave excellent suggestions for dinner and local recreation. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. The pool area is beautiful and feels like a real vacation. Stunning view and fun boardwalk adjacent. We will certainly return here from now on for our annual visit to Jupiter.

Positive: Breakfast included. Located on walking paths. Negative: The room smelled like cat pee or mildew. The floors weren?t completely vacuumed when arrived so I wore shoes in my room most of the time. The AC unit doesn?t work very well so had to crank it down. No shade over pool.

Staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean. Water was hot. Breakfast was more Continental style, although they did provide eggs, sausages, and potatoes. The LED lighting was too white and harsh. We chose to keep the lights off while in the room. The AC/PTAC unit appeared to be new, but the exterior wall opening was not trimmed out around the unit, leaving a large gap around the perimeter of the AC unit. Sliding bathroom doors were dated and didn't function smoothly. Unit doors were not sealed, and allowed for much corridor noises. SECURITY WAS A CONCERN. There was no security lighting on the sides of the building, which made for dicey access to the Riverwalk at night. The rear exit doors were propped open all night because, I was told, the card accesses to those doors were broken. Th

This hotel is a health hazard wreaking of mold and mildew, as stated in other reviews. Please do not stay here. While the river walk is gorgeous, it is not worth it! They shampoo the carpets (everything is carpeted) with a potent perfume to try and mask it which is extremely toxic smelling and painful on the throat. There is no ventilation bc you can't open the window and the bathroom doesn't work - you'll be suffocating in steam if you shower. The rooms are dirty and dingy and the fridge was broken. The front desk employees and staff are very kind and can’t help the conditions of the hotel but try to accommodate what they can. I feel badly for them. Clearly whoever the owners or managers are have completely neglected the condition of the hotel and water damage. We both have severe aller

Staff were friendly especially Bill who worked at the front desk. Breakfast was good! One of the more affordable hotels in the area. My bed wasn't the most comfortable but I still got a decent night's sleep. Would stay there again.
