Not gonna lie. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was hesitant on coming here. But my company booked it and I am here for 4 nights. Best western must have made some changes because this place is great! My room is nice, big bed, clean, with a kitchenette. Bathroom is clean. The pool and cafe are right outside my room. My work crew is also staying here and since we work nights we were worried about day noise when we sleep. I slept like a baby. Everyone else must still be sleeping. My stay here has been great. There is a social hour at 6 every night with a complimentary beverage, complimentary breakfast in the morning. A barbaque area, little patios with tables and chairs. Nice weather Clean, quiet, can't ask for much more.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting relatives, and the room was good and the bed and pillows was really comfy. On arrival, the receptionist guy was really helpful, and looked at upgrading us, but couldn't quite do it. Not unless we changed rooms for the last night. I can't comment on the pool or outside area as the weather wasn't great at the time of our stay. Breakfast was the usual for american motels of this calibre, scrambled egg, sausage, potato, waffles, cereal, etc. The only downside if you stay around the back is the post office dept is behind and lots of clinking and clanking quite early in the morning. And the hot water ran out in the last morning, so couldn't have a shower, hence only scoring a 3 when all other parts are 4. Would I stay again? I always check prices first

My stay at the BW InnSuites Tucson Foothills was a pleasant surprise. The location is convenient to downtown, the U of A, and the I-10 corridor. The room looked to have been recently renovated and was spick and span clean. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet! The entire staff, from check-in to housekeeping to F&B were friendly, helpful, and efficient. My group reserved the meeting room and it was set up according to our request, and the front desk was aware of our group's use of the room; which this might sound like a no-brainer, I've had experiences to the contrary elsewhere. The free breakfast impressed, with 4 chafing dishes + waffles, a yogurt bar, cereal bar, whole fruit, breads, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, regular and decaf coffee, juices, and real cream, milk options, and b

Positive: Drive right up to your door and park. No need to go through lobby or elevators. The staff at breakfast and the staff at happy hour were great. Negative: Breakfast could use a change up instead of the same thing everyday. The bathroom needs an upgrade, toilet SHOWER HEAD & Especially the shower curtain.

Strange and different, but we liked it! It almost seemed more like a college campus area, including grilling areas. There were probably six or so buildings set up like a square with a restaurant and pool area in the center. The rooms seemed more like small apartments with a small kitchen area (wet bar and heating plate) and closet that had sliding glass doors (which, unfortunately, didn't slide well at all). There were the normal television, microwave and fridge as well as a sofa lounger and table/desk. The breakfast buffet was served in PJ's restaurant. We were given tickets for this upon check-in, but never had to turn them in. This was definitely a highlight with hot food including sausage, eggs and potatoes. All of these were flavorful and good. Also available were muffens, v
