Best Western Inn

If you’re looking for a budget place to stay with a free breakfast, this is that and more! I went on a spontaneous trip across a few states and kept it to free rest areas and budget hotels. The night before I had stayed at a motel 6 in Texas and I didn’t know how bad it could get lol. I ended up leaving around 3am to park at a rest stop instead. The next night I stayed at this Best Western. For $20 dollars more…night and day difference in my experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and willing to work with me to get my room. The room was spacious, good bed, great mirror with built in lights, mini fridge, microwave, and a tv about 3 times the size of my last hotel. The free breakfast is a legitimate breakfast with eggs, eggs with peppers and onion, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffl

Positive: Location was good but entry was on a dangerous highway and rear parking lot entry/exit should be noted by staff. Negative: Bathroom floor was wet upon entry, breakfast was way below par, so much so to be rated avoidable. Planning to have breakfast here needs to be changed. Other hotels in the area would likely be superior choices. Safer, easier to plan around.

I stayed at this motel in November 2025|with my husband. We chose this motel because we are best western rewards members. We have stayed at several best westerns this year. This is the first we had a problem with. The room was nice. It was recently remodeled. The breakfast was good. We stayed here five nights.The problem is the motel staff cannot be trusted.|The first problem was we requested that the room be serviced. We came back the first night and it had not been touched. My husband went to the office. The office staff wanted to let the manager bring towels but my husband asked why couldn't we just switch to the room next door. After we changed rooms. I noticed the sink would not drain. My husband took the stopper out and took it to the office and the sink drained.|There were no othe

Pretty good place. We have stayed before and the desk clerk remembered us. Quiet room, my husband didn’t like the pillows, I thought they were fine (I’m usually the picky pillow person). Beds weren’t real comfortable but okay. My main complaint is there are no extra blankets in room. We like a cool room without using a lot of heat (or AC) , it would have been nice to lay a blanket on top and not use extra heat. Lots of water pressure, good location, clean. The morning clerk made our breakfast food since it wasn’t busy, we were in a hurry and she packed it up to go.

Made a weekend reservation. Checked in Friday, the room was clean. But, the smell of the air freshener was 10x worse than a dept store men’s cologne counter. I opened the door and window hoping it would draw the smell out. I asked another ores on if their room smelled similar-it was a yes. I had to be somewhere, so I got ready, hoping when I got back maybe it would be less. But, no. I talked to the front desk person once I got back-she said nothing she could do, and said to talk to the mgr at midnight. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t sleep, could taste this in my mouth and the smell was just as strong. I checked out early, finding a room somewhere else, spoke with the nice weekend person. She said she apologized for this and said she would refund the night, even tho it was non refundable.
