Best Western Inn

The hotel exterior is kind of plain, but rooms inside are very nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, checking in was quick. The rooms have been redone and are very nice. Room was well cleaned and fresh. Mattresses are very comfortable and the sheets are high quality cotton. Each bed had 4 very large pillows. Big new tv, decent wifi. Bonus, windows with screens open for fresh air. (Rooms on the back side look over a quiet courtyard, so you can leave your window open with no noise) Breakfast had nice assortment of hot and cold foods, fresh fruit and even had pop tarts. Good location south of downtown, near several good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Please note there is no elevator.

I stay at a variety of hotels and I have to say that this was the most comfortable bed and bedding that you can get. Pillows were full, bed comfy and bedding soft and warm. Staff were friendly and our room was very spacious. Living area in the suite was nice with a equally comfy furniture.

Positive: The requested first level room was provided. The breakfast provided hot eggs and sausages and everything else expected for a nice breakfast. Negative: The bathroom shower had plenty of grab bars however the handheld shower did not work and the plastic piece in the soup dish could not be placed as expected.

This place was pretty great. The room was clean; the bed was very comfortable; the staff was friendly both over the phone and in person; the breakfast was really great except for the coffee, but we got good free coffee in our room anyways so it did not matter. The place seems like it was recently renovated, too. The lobby looks updated, and the whole place smells very nice. Yes, their hot tub is out of order, but this really was not an issue for me. The only issue I had with this place is the lack of an elevator— that’s definitely something they need to add.
