Best Western Inn of the Ozarks

Had always wanted to check this town out and we found ourselves near so what the heck! Here we come :) The male front desk employee was super friendly and quite knowledgeable of the local areas, especially the restaurant options. We came on a very slow night (or season?) in mid February but the clerk was cool enough to go and unlock the gaming area. Mini golf 9 hole course, soccer pool, corn hole, air hockey and regular pool - such a value add for our stay. We wanted something to do and would have paid to do these activities anywhere else! Hot tub was super warm, clean and relaxing. Open daily 8 am - 10 pm. Room was very large with a comfortable bed, towels and sheets were sparkling clean as was the room itself. We were driving through Eureka Springs on our way back to Oklahoma. The weather was so nice we decided to see if they was vacancy, there was so we stayed and enjoyed a nice day in Eureka. The hotel was convenient, clean and had a restaurant that served good food. The rooms were very nice and clean, the rooms were quiet. It was a great place to stay, the grounds were well kept and the atmosphere was family friendly. I had my dog with me and they were so accommodating, their service impeccable. A very good value overall!

Always discovering sweet spots in Eureka Springs. We’ve stayed where several times but this trip spent just a few more $$ for a balcony room. The room & living room are HUGE and the private balcony looks out over the valley. It’s quiet & feels secluded right in the middle off town. Trolley stop, restaurant & easy parking are all part of the package. 🥰 Note - if you’re looking for ***** this hotel room decor is a little dated but beds are fresh & new. Linens are spotless. No funky smells or overpowering deodorant smells. It’s a good bargain, you build points and convenient to everything in Eureka Springs.

Positive: The cleanliness of the room, bathroom and bedding. Play area for the family. Pool was closed as it was off season. Has basketball court, tennis court and a actual restaurant attached to the hotel Negative: Staff could not tell me how the gift card worked for the 2 night stay promo. I stayed 3 nights. Also, they could not tell me if I received points my existing stay or my last stay 2 weeks prior. They were not rude , they just did not know the answer.

Although I grew up with the mindset that hotels are nicer than motels, Best Westerns have changed my mind. There is something to be said about being about to park right outside your door instead of hauling everything through a lobby, dealing with waiting on an elevator and walking down long hallways, especially if you have your dog with you. This BW room seems several feet wide than a normal room adding space that is appreciated. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is better than ours at home, which is saying something. The counter space is great. Being a lady, I appreciate having enough room to spread out my many hair and makeup items. There is a hanging bar that is roomy and enough sitting options in the room so y
