As always, a perfect stay. Neil and his team deliver a rock solid, consistent experience. Clean, comfortable, convenient.||Elite recognition is the minimum, being recognized as a repeat guest and valuing that relationship is where the bar should be, and they deliver on that experience.

There was a dead bed bug, bed bug fecal matter and hair all over the bed skirt & box spring. The inside of the microwave was disgusting. There was quite a bit of hair everywhere - on the toilet seat, couch & etc. i did not find any alive bed bugs but not worth the risk! We got a refund and left. The only redeeming quality was the very nice lady at the front desk.

Nicest place we stayed during our trip. Decent breakfast and well appointed room. Recommend getting a room away from the road to minimize traffic noise.

Horrible customer service. Rooms did not match picture/description on Expedia site. Breakfast is mid. Rooms are outdoor ( Motel) and pictures don’t show that. Beds are comfortable and pillows are nice but that’s all I can say good about this place. Much better HOTEL options across the steeet for the same price.

I called because the place was refusing to give me a refund even though I cancelled before 4 pm. A lady answered and said that she had no clue what to do for me and said that my booking was reactivated after i cancelled so they treated me as a no show, even though I did not reactivate it. She continued to act like she could do nothing for me. I would go to comfort inn or any other hotel here that wont take your money and go against their own policy.
