Best Western Fort Lee

To the Best Western Corporate Office,|I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your properties that I believe warrants your immediate attention.||My 83-year-old mother, who has a serious heart condition, was scheduled to move into a new apartment after her flight from Orlando. Unfortunately, her flight was delayed multiple times, and upon arrival, she discovered that her apartment’s power had been shut off after business hours. Given her health needs, I promptly booked a room at your hotel to ensure she had access to air conditioning and a safe place to rest.||Regrettably, due to further flight delays, my mother was unable to use the room that night. I reached out to the Best Western Fort Lee (NJ) hotel manager, Lorraine Sierra, multiple times

This hotel is literally right off the highway! Being remodeled. Room was small, but perfect for me. Only downside is that the lobby is a huge walk from the EFG+ rooms and have to go outside in the elements to get to it for breakfast. The breakfast is complimentary, but not great. Very limited. Dried eggs and sausage, no yogurt, minimal fruit, there are waffles, but not gluten free friendly. I passed on it my second day and I never pass up breakfast. Loved the room though, and that was what was important to me

Positive: This is our 3rd tiime staying here. It's a great alternative to staying in NYC during the holidays. The young man who checked us in was absolutely delightful. The room was clean. Negative: Not a thing!

In my first room,there was no hot water. They changed my room and there was hot water,but there was no additional apology or reward. I even asked them about that,but they said that it's all set because anyways they changed my room and there was hot water in the new room. The hotel itself was okay in overall

Clean room with no smell. Very nice bathroom. Sounds proofing is non existent, but nice place to stay overnight. Rusty door hinges should be replace to prevent squeaking every time the door opens.
