Best Western Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

You could hear guests talk and understand exactly what they were saying in the hallway while bring in your room and all room doors slam really loudly when closed. Rooms were clean and freshly painted. Nice beds and bathrooms. Workspace was appreciated too. Tv with Netflix was a hit! Breakfast was only till 9 am and at precisely 9 am is cleared out even when guests were still trying to crab foid. The breakfast area is to small for the size of the hotel. Food itself was ok. Small guests couldn't sit on the bench as it was to low ro reach the table. Shuttle bus does not drive during the night so if ypu jeed to get to the airport at 5 am you need to arrange transportation yourself. The employee at check-in was very hard to understand as his English was understoid by us. We had to ask 4 time

Very friendly and efficient. So convenient when taking a cruise shuttle is very reasonable. Breakfast is great very clean. They keep the food area very clean. Beds are comfortable. Always ample parking. Restaurants within walking distance Great experience.

Hotel was clean. Pool was nice and quiet. If you are booking for shuttle service and breakfast, it's not suitable for early flights but really close to the airport so Uber wasn't expensive.

We stayed at this hotel in Dec 2025. The reason for a slightly late review being the Manager to this day never responded to any phone messages or emails. I was told a couple of days ago that he is no longer there after I tried to reach out once again. There is someone new and I have tried to touch base with him.. no response... always told he is not here and he will call back...im still waiting. What's up with that?. While there we were met with the rudest desk staff. When we asked a question about water, we were viewed as a inconvenience and brushed off. ( AN older man) on the desk. I stayed here for two nights prior to my cruise. When I phoned from home to find out about the shuttle, I was placed on quite a long hold, and the customer service was not very polite. I was a bit worried about staying here. However, when I arrived at the airport and I called Best western to arrange for shuttle pick up, the lady who answered was polite and gave me instructions to get to terminal one, which is just outside the doors from baggage claim. You turn left, follow the signs to station E. There you see a lot of shuttles already waiting. Best western uses the candlewood suites white shuttle and I waited for up to 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The shuttle was packed like sardine but fortunately, Best western was the first stop. The room and premises are clean and tid
