Best Western Executive Inn El Campo

Roaches in room 236. Moved to 233 also had bugs of some type. Forgot something in 236 and couldn’t get it becs they had put someone in that roach infested room right after moving me

Room was ok.. breakfast was great..place was clean.. my complaint was non speaking workers. They could not understand english therefore they complained to management and since i had a stroke made it very difficult on me..when I checked out my $1000 cash was taken from my room..i never found out who took..Will never go back there..

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean with a king bed, sofa, desk, etc. King bed was very comfortable The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. Quiet - did not hear highway noise. Felt safe. |Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Eggs, biscuits, waffles, cereals. |Front desk clerk (I think her name was Kim) was nice & helpful. |I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in the area.

This property overcharged our CC for three extra nights. When we ask about it, we were ask to leave. To this date, they still have not returned our money we were overcharged. I have the bank statements to prove, what happened. I’m sure they have done this numerous times and will continue Edit today is July 23, after over 10 days, calls to Best Western corp, a report to the Attorney General, and a police report with local police department, we received our money back. We did ask to talk to the owner, the manager told us we were not allowed to. We had sent the manager all supporting documents, she apparently never showed them to the owner. I was hesitant to give this place a try after reading some harsh reviews but decided to give it a go. It was great, the room was large and bug-free.
