Best Western Elko Inn

Perfect for a quick overnight. Ended up having to spend two nights, very accommodating. Pet friendly, the pet area was clean and well maintained. Gym and pool were not able to be used. But room was nice enough. Breakfast in the morning was decent, a fresh yogurt machine, hard boiled eggs and gluten free bread was a nice surprise. Staff was lovey, Dottie was incredibly helpful.

Positive: Hotel employee was great. She accommodated our needs was patient, kind and efficient. Also the woman making breakfast was exceptional Negative: Had to ask for shampoo, tissues and a new hair dryer

This is a hotel in a good location with restaurants nearby. They have friendly staff and clean rooms but the bathrooms are definitely dated. The breakfast is clean and nice with a variety of offerings. The pool and hot tub were not working. Pet friendly. The Wi-Fi is the absolute worst. The signal is strong but the bandwidth is terrible. It made me feel like I was in 2010. Bottom line, good place to stay but please, please, please, upgrade your wifi!

I'm guessing this hotel caters to a lot of working men, based on the tall showerhead and early breakfast hours. So often I leave before breakfast even begins, either for travel or work, and I was impressed by the 5-9am breakfast hours offered 7 days a week! High showerhead, plenty of hot water, good water pressure. The window in our room even opened (first floor). They had a good variety of breakfast foods, including dairy-free milk and gluten-free bread. The eggs weren't great quality the day we were there, but may be better on a busier morning. Quiet and clean room with pleasant staff. Would stay again.

The Staff was super nice and accommodating. The room heater was loud. There was dog food and hair in a corner of the room. Shower faucet was difficult to move. The bed was average and the breakfast was ok.
