I stay at Best Western, Stuart Fla every year. The service is always great. Barb Hurley is very helpful. And Atala keeps a beautiful breakfast buffet; it's always clean and fully stocked. I love staying there! Thank you.
My brother and I chose this hotel because we were attending a Singing Christmas Tree in nearby Hobe Sound the first weekend of December. Best Western Downtown Stuart is a decent, older hotel. We were happy that it was pet-friendly. For this there was a $35 + tax upcharge and a $100 refundable deposit. We were disappointed that the pool was under construction and that we were not made aware of that during two phone calls to the hotel and a visit to the website before booking. However, they did allow us to use a nearby (2 miles) "sister hotel's" pool by a show of the room card. We did not partake of the free breakfast, preferring to eat at a charming local cafe, but the food was available had we wished to eat there. The beds are a bit hard but with a foam top. For me that was quite unc
So clean and nice! this was a lovely spot and very peaceful. perfect for traveling with your dog. hard floors in the rooms and plenty of grass outside and the lot is fenced in so very private and secluded
Very disappointing experience!!! And future guest be aware! Our reservation was booked through Priceline and we simply needed to add a second guest name so the other guest could check in. However, the hotel staff said they could not modify the reservation because it was made through Priceline, while Priceline said the hotel had to do it. As a result, both parties redirected us back and forth, leaving us waiting in the lobby for three hours past midnight without access to the room we had already paid for. This policy gap between Priceline and Best Western puts customers in an unfair position where no one takes responsibility to resolve a simple issue. Waiting two hours for a room because of internal policies is unacceptable customer service! I hope Best Western reviews this process so f
Experience was ok. Nothing fantastic but nothing awful as far as over all stay. Room was fairly clean staff was ok. However very disappointed in misrepresentation of the 3rd party booking! And when I mentioned it to the staff she claimed was not her fault. Was told no per fee and changed me extra every night for pet fee. It is the responsibility of the company to deal with third party and how they represent there company not mine. They did not accept responsibility for that which was not acceptable. Other than that outdated but fairly clean just don’t expect much. And make sure you book directly through the company it self because they will not accept responsibility for the 3rd party misrepresentation which in my eyes is unacceptable. And will not be staying there again.
