Best Western Derby Inn

Staff is outstanding! Very nice. Greet everybody with a smile. Keeping the front and pool clean. Also helping with breakfast served every morning. Pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic. Location is also great. Can't say enough about the staff here. They truly made our stay very warm and welcoming. And we felt at home with how everything was taken care of. The ladies working the shifts over the first weekend of February were notable mentions.

We stayed here during our mothers passing. We rented out about 6 rooms and it was amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the hotel staff was so friendly. We really appreciated the hospitality and the kindness that we endured during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was super clean, and the beds were very comfy. We had all the amenities that we needed here.

We stayed at Derby Inn for the first time since we started going to Eagle River for the world championship snowmobile races. 12/10 would highly recommend. The staff were so sweet, the whole hotel was so clean, nice pool and hot tub, and they made sure we had a good hot meal each morning. Highly recommend.

Best Western Derby Inn, Eagle River Wisconsin. Very impressed with the hotel and staff. Room decor and cleanliness very nice, bed comfortable and not worn out. Staff friendly and professional, a welcoming smile on their face when checking you in. Complimentary breakfast in the morning with a different item each day and of course a very delicious waffle. Nice hotel at a affordable price.
