Best Western Country Inn

Great hotel and location. Room was clean and comfortable. Good amenities with hot tub and early (6AM), basic breakfast service. Staff was courteous and helpful. Easy walk to Eel River Brewery. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: "" Negative: It took 20 minutes to check in. Front desk agent was not up front. I had to search for her. She had a difficult time locating my reservation and when she printed out the form to sign it was a different guest name. Very poor service.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and our housekeeper made super cute designs with the towels and even the toilet paper. The towels were fluffy and clean. The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay again. The grounds were kept up beautifully and nicole at front desk was super nice.

The room we stayed in had laminate floors, much easier to clean than carpet. They are also pet friendly. I was disappointed with their limited late check out policy. $20 additional if you stay past 11:30am.

This place right here is definitely a quiet, clean quiet well staffed hotel. Right on the river so lots of places for the dogs to walk. Plus the hotel has its own little doggy area. The hot tubs hot and the pool being half outdoors and half indoors was actually pretty nice. And breakfast was good as well thank you so much we will be back.
