Best Western Corbin Inn

The room was pet friendly but didn’t smell like you sometimes get in a pet friendly hotel. Extremely clean and convenient. Kind staff and full breakfast at the best price we found on our entire trip. Would definitely stay here when traveling with our dog again.

Pleasantly surprised by this motel. I stopped on a long road trip to rest for the night. The lady at check in was very nice. I was expecting the normal old school motel room, but the room has been recently updated and looks very nice. It was very clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of toiletries extras like mouth wash and lotion. Free hot breakfast was also good. I slept well on a comfy bed with good pillows! I sleep with earplugs so can't comment on how quiet it is but it didn't seem overly noisy when I laid down. Shower was nice and hot, good water pressure. I'd recommend this place. Not fancy or bougie but nicer than your average motel.

Booked online. A king room. No differentiation for price of a 1st floor vs a 2nd floor noted during booking. Upon arrival ask to specifically have a 1st floor, as the hotel does not have an elevator and my wife is not capable of doing stairs. Informed there is an upcharge for 1st floor. Really? Reluctantly accept as we have no choice to back out on a prepaid room, so we then authorize the upcharge. Great right. No. Enter the room, and it is now a queen room not a king that we booked. Ok, Im not up for arguing with the rude front desk clerk. We also inform upon arrival that we have a pet, we are informed and agree to the pet fee, as is customary. Check out and leave after our one night stay, get back on the road homeward, review credit card later to find a double charge for the pet fee! Thi
