Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites

I stayed here while visiting my kids and brought three of my sons with me. We spent one night and had a great experience. The hotel was super clean, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Most importantly — no bed bugs, no weird smells, no issues at all. The staff was professional and respectful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The pool and jacuzzi were really nice and clean. My boys enjoyed it a lot — that alone made the stay worth it. It’s always a relief when you travel with kids and everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back here again next time I visit my kiddos. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and I’m happy with the hotel. I am a best western rewards member, so I try to find them as a place to stay first. The price is reasonable. It’s easy to find. The staff is friendly and always a quick check in. I like some tea before bed and they’re always willing to dig through what they have to find me some herbal tea I like.|The breakfast is super basic but well attended. Again, the staff is very friendly and if something is missing just ask and they’ll find. |The rooms are clean, well maintained. Beds a basic, as are the pillows but comfortable. I’ve never had an issue with it being noisy or hard to sleep.

This is a cheap, no-frills hotel which seems to hold itself to a fairly high standard. Everything about the experience is clean, simple, and efficient. The sauna is a bit of a novelty, but the pool and jacuzzi are awesome. The free breakfast is decent and the Walmart supercenter down the street makes it easy to get any essentials I forgot to bring. No complaints, would gladly stay again

Upon arrival, I was subjected to intolerable construction conditions, including the removal and replacement of carpets directly adjacent to and down the hallways of my entire floor adn on top of that, a very unsympathetic staff member. I felt like I was being told to endure it because 'it needs to happen at some point'. NOT without prior warning! Why would anybody EVER choose to stay during this kind of construction that should close an entire area of the hotel, as well as the whole floor! The environment was unacceptable, characterized by overwhelming noise, the smell of old, nasty debris, and intense fumes from new carpeting. This resulted in a scratchy throat and severe allergic reactions the following day. When I needed to communicate with my instructor, I could not without coughing a
