Best Western Butner Creedmoor Inn

The hotel was satisfactory overall. The room appeared clean, with the exception of the bathtub jets and the showerhead. There was a noticeable abundance of security cameras throughout the property. The beds did not have mattress protectors; however, there were no signs of bedbugs, which was reassuring. The room’s heating system functioned very well. The location was very convenient for the purpose of my visit to the area.

My experience was great. The hotel staff were very friendly. I got in late because of traffic, checked in with no hassle. I requested a late check out and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean and stocked with towels and soap, etc. I did not get the chance to try their breakfast but I am sure it is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay there, will book it again since I travel to the area about once a month. Thanks Best Western Butner Creedmoor for an excellent stay.

The property is in great shape. Clean lobby with well maintained HVAC air flow. We felt very welcoming as soon as we entered the lobby. Front desk associate was very quick to greet us and checked us in very fast. The room was clean. Bathroom has great water pressure. Swimming pool also looked clean and well maintained. Overall very satisfied with our stay and will be back for sure.

This hotel was definitely not up to Best Western standards. I am sure Sam S. the GM will respond to this review…I can’t wait! I plan on speaking to the Regional Management of Best Western as well. My wife and I were traveling with our small camper from Atlanta and it was late and we just wanted a place to lay our head and take a shower in the morning. We checked in at 9:30 PM and were given Room 213…when we got to the room the door was slightly open…I knocked, and opened the door. The bed was unmade, lights on and there were towels on the sink…obviously someone was staying in this room or it was never cleaned. I went down to the desk and was then given Room 207. When you first walk into the lobby you are greeted with a slight damp/mildew smell. The AC was on but for some reason it still felt warm and damp. I'm pretty sure the guy working the desk does every position there as he was upstairs when we checked in and he also did the breakfast. There are only 2 floors and no elevator. There is however a small handicap elevator that would be big enough for one person (I don't know if it was in working order or not as we didn't try it or see anyone use it, but it was there as an option). The room was decent enough and on the surface looked clean. A couple mildew spots on the wall in the bathroom (we were in 211).My biggest issue is they had the AC off so it was like 85° in our room but it cooled down fast.
