Best Western Airport Albuquerque Inn Suites Hotel & Suites

This is a great place to stay if you are flying! The staff was so kind and awesome, they helped me get some young travelers to the airport in the middle of the night with the shuttle even though I wasn't flying. They picked me back up after I got the other travelers on the plane. The staff was a huge help to arrange all that! The shuttle driver, front desk, food service staff were all wonderful. I also enjoyed the hot tub in the cabana area, it was nice out there. All the petrified wood on display was really cool to look at. The hotel also had some really nice trees and plants. It felt safe at night and it was quiet even though its close to the airport I didnt hear planes.

Our 3rd stay at this older property: July, Sept, & Dec 2025. Pleasant front desk staff. |We appreciate the free water bottles, fridge and microwave and comfortable beds.|Our first and third stay we had a large suite which was quiet. The 2nd stay was a cramped room in the noisy front hallway. |Overall, just wish the rooms were cleaned better. Especially the bathroom floor tiles & grout which need a good steaming plus the doors and light switches had obvious splatters and use residue. I bring wipes to sanitize but I am there to rest after a long day of driving - not do housekeeping. |Also, each room had unusually high bathroom counters and almost out of reach shower heads for our average to petite height senior size. |Attractive exterior and landscaping. |Nice plus to have the Village Inn ne

I stayed at this location to prevent traveling in the stormy weather. The front counter was booming when I arrived and the staff handled it well. They were friendly and helpful. There are no elevators and the staff offer assistance of needed or requested. I had a room on the second floor and I appreciated the convenience to the stair case and some door. After settling, I received a call from the front desk to ask if it was to my accommodation. I forgot to take pictures but the sink and bed were high that my better half would have been pleased. The room was neat and comfortable. They offer complimentary breakfast with good selections. Waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, scramble eggs, sausage and potatoes, green chile, yogurt, coffee and juices. I will be staying here for future weather d

Negative: Elevator for 🧳 to the upper floor.A more in depth cleaning 🧽 needed! {Food crumbs, sticky stuff splattered on 🛌 headboard. Lots of long stringy hair on bathroom inside door from previous 🚿 use}. 🥺Ripped unusable luggage rack.

I arrived late with no reservation and I was able to get a room on the spot. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning, Rose was amazingly helpful with all of my heavy luggage. She even stayed outside in the cold until she was sure that I was safely in my car. Wonderful staff and very convenient stay!
