Best Western Abilene Inn & Suites

Walked in my room and the first thing I’m treated with is a roach on the ground struggling to move. Went to take a shower, the shampoo and body wash that’s provided in the shower were completely empty, it was an awesome walk down to the desk tho, I didn’t see any roaches on the way! Terrible. Almost forgot,,,, didnt want to leave you hanging without this piece of info :D The tub for the shower was covered in hair, the shower doesnt drain when the water is running, so I fortunately got to experience what it felt like to have the hair from someone elses genitalia swimming between my toes. The hotel staff or whoever runs their google reviews left a message saying they noted everything that was wrong… if that was true, I would have toiletries in my room right now. First off there was no shampoo in the room, only lotion and conditioner abd no soap dish. Breakfast was no juice or fresh fruit or muffins. We expected better from Best Western especially for the price we paid. On the upside, the room was pretty clean. Won't be staying here again.

Comfortable stay… Last month during the Christmas holiday, on our way back from Santa Fe, we spent one night at this place. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The employees were friendly. Private parking was available on-site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Near where I needed to be. Negative: When I asked for my receipt for work that I signed I was immediately told No. not acceptable. Room is waaay overpriced! Price gouging all over Abilene at cheap hotels! Also the towels were very dingy not white at all. $--- at Best Western two nights?!?!?

Stayed a week with my family, and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were stocked up with supplies. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff/room service was amazing. I paid a reasonable price for the week I stayed. The manager Sonia Olvera was very sweet and kind. Had the best time there! I’m definitely going back and staying here again.
