Bellevue Senior Living

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Bellevue Senior Living. Since being here, my grandma has gotten noticeably stronger, and her overall quality of life has improved so much. The owner, Monica, truly stands out. She pays close attention to every detail and is always aware of what my grandma needs. That level of care and thoughtfulness has made such a difference, and it gives our family so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.

Our family had a extremely difficult experience at Bellevue Senior Living during my father’s two-week stay while he was living with lung condition, severe malnutrition, and significant care needs. Based on what was communicated, we expected a higher level of individualized care. Staffing was limited and we were concerned about whether my dad was receiving adequate one-on-one attention. There were several instances where my father’s care needs did not appear to be fully met, including assistance with medical equipment and bathing. It was distressing to find out that he was seated in the same chair in the living room for 8 hours and not allowed to rest in his room. My mother has been at Bellevue Senior Living for almost a year now and her care has been excellent. We have noticed that my mom has grown stronger and talks about how the caregiving staff is kind and compassionate. We appreciate all that the owner/operator, Monica, does each day to make my mom’s stay there full of caring and compassion.

I would not recommend this facility. After my grandfather moved in, I encountered visitation limitations that made it difficult to see him as often as I hoped. Over about one week, I was only able to visit for a total of 1.5 hours. My grandfather primarily speaks Korean and has significant hearing loss. During visits, it felt difficult for him to communicate meaningfully, and from what I observed, there was limited language support available. He passed away shortly after leaving the facility. This was an extremely painful period for me and has left me feeling resentful about the visitation limitations, deeply affecting how I remember my grandfather.

I strongly do not recommend this facility.
