We did the beaver trail. 1.6 miles one way to Lake Superior! Easy hike! Loved it and it connects to over hikes in the area! So if you want to change directions you can!! There wasn’t one person we could see on the beach so it was peaceful to sit and watch the waves!! Just gorgeous

Beaver Creek Campground at Pictured Rock National Park is one amazing campground for camping .. This place is so cool and we had a great time here. * You need to Hike around 2.5 miles to reach the Campground from the parking lot. (it took 2 hours for us to reach the campground) * You will have the view of Pictured Rocks. * You will have access to the Lake Superior where you can Swim and Fish . * The water near the shore will be warmer as the creek water connects to the lake , the far you walk to the lake u have cold water . * You will have a pit toilet. * There is no Option for Grilling there. * You can enjoy the Sunset from the Shore. Overall a great place for camping ..

Beautiful backcountry camping. Beautiful beach to swim at and watch the sunset. It’s about a 3 mile hike from the trailhead parking.

Great Campground. Going back next year. Can't guarantee we'll we'll get our own private airshow again. While playing on the beach we had 2 fly-bys by a pair of Harrier jets and then a C130.

Took 2 hours to hike with full packs, and the hike was beautiful. There's a storage box with food and a communal firepit, though most camp sites have their own as well (but no grills). And the beach is pristine.
