Bear Tracks Cabins

Company is very hard to work with. No help or understanding of their customers. We rented a cabin and had no hot water the first 5 days. No compensation for it, after we complained of the matter. We had our 4 yr old daughter and older son who’s diabetic washing up with ice cold water. We all had too. Mind you it’s Christmas!! It was 19 degrees outside!! They offered free tickets to local attractions after we left. We live in a Texas! No help!! Be careful before booking with them!

My wife and I stayed in the Bear Poolin Around cabin for our trip. We read a lot of poor reviews before booking but did it anyway because the reviews for every site were all over the place. Our trip was very nice. We had an issue with the door lock, I called the number in the hospitality app and Mandy picked up very quickly. I had to call back a few times as we worked through the problem and found out later that she was busy with something else but still answered my calls. And Tim from maintenance was about to reset the lock remotely but we all figured it out. There was one digit missing from the lock code in my app. Only took 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub worked. Everything was great once we got in. Very nice stay for us.

The draw for me was the free attraction tickets. The reason they get 4* & not 3 is because they “compensated” the broken hot tub by shelling out nearly $400 for my family to go to the pirates voyage dinner show. The cabin was simple and clean. The amenities few. I’m guessing recently renovated kinda a flippers take on the mountain decor. The hot tub that they say is drained between guest (I call bs) it sat full and Un working with ice cold water on the back deck. We were the 2nd tenants atleast that would not get to use it so why was it full? Only 1 tv worked the fire glacé had to be fixed by matinence. Very pricey for base level Accommodations. Not bad but not 5* like they beg for.

The cabins are beautiful. Nested between the city and the jungle. Serene atmosphere with a view of pigeon forge city from the mountain top. Loved my stay here and I would love to visit again.

My family had a great time this past weekend at Firefly Escape. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. The view was amazing, the pool, hot tub and spacious bedrooms were incredible. It was clean. We had minor items taken care of instantly and everything was just perfect. We are already trying to plan our next trip to TN and will look to stay with bear tracts again. Thanks Matt and April for a great vacation.
