Bear Mount Inn & Suites

Do not stay here!! They have bed bugs!! My parents tried to stay on 02/14 and they had to leave in the middle of the night because the room was infested. They had to drive two and half hours back home that night. The staff would not come look at the room or come to the lobby to see video and pictures. Have tried to contact them numerous times for refund. No response. We have contacted the local health department and local news with the video and pictures. I hope they get closed down. This is definitely what is best for public safety, since according to records is not their first time being reported for bed bugs and unsanitary conditions.

Dirty, discusting, and should be shut down. My boyfriend had bedbugs bites on him. I reported it to front desk. The don't do refunds or discounts. Couldn't even get another room because it was a holiday and completely booked. So we had no choice but to deal with it. So we were gonna sleep in other bed, I pull sheets down and looks like sheets haven't been changed in awhile, dirty and hair. I went to management and asked for clean sheets and they said they do change sheets until you leave they have 2 other motels they care for. Finally I talk them into changing our bedsheets . Do not stay at this bed bug infested place. I know they knew about bedbugs too.

If I could have left zero stars that would have been more accurate. They had only one pet friendly room. The room key did not work so we would have to rely on staff to gain entry into the room. When they opened the room door I was attacked by the stench of mildew. We are STILL waiting on a refund almost a month later and nobody answers their phone when we call. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE!!!

Positive: "" Negative: We needed dog friendly. There was no where for thw dogs to use the bathroom. There was a huge amount of trash beside the hotel, old mattresses, box springs pieces of broken furniture.

If I could give zero stars I would, stayed here this weekend and once we got to our room we found the lock on the door dead wich is very annoying and where told to call the front desk to be let in everytime we left the room. Super frustrating especially when we’re trying to enjoy a weekend with a kid. Once we were in the room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Bedding was stained, there was stuff all over the floor and on top of that there were roaches. We tried to get a refund but where told they don’t offer those which is ridiculous when basic amenities aren’t even being followed through like cleanliness and basic maintenance. We definitely will not be returning.
