Beach Gardens

Nice hotel, clean room, but not a lot of cutlery and dinnerware so made it hard to cook at home. Also walls are really thin so doesn’t feel so much private at times. But was clean and the pool is nice. Super location, only 5 minutes away from the beach, i recommend.

We arrived at Beach Gardens after a long journey to find it is next door to a very noisy building site. Shown yo our room which stunk of bleach. Asked for a refund but refused and moved to another hotel - this was quiet but the room was dirty. We had no alternative but to stay the night. Asked for a refund on 2nd night the next morning which they agreed to after showing us another equally awful room in yet another hotel. They seem to run a number of hotels all in a very small area - they were all horrid! I’m still battling for my refund! The staff are very helpful but if you value cleanliness, look elsewhere.

My stay at North Beach Village (Beach Gardens) was a great experience for my solo trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome right away. The room was a bit run down but clean- you get what you pay for here. The location is a major plus, just a couple of blocks from the beach, as well as nearby cafés and restaurants. I also loved having access to all the pools within the village, around ten in total, which really added to the experience as the pool at Beach Gardens does not get a lot of sunlight. Also, a new complex is being built next door so it was noisy during the day. Overall, a very affordable option in a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again!

We’ve stayed at North Beach Village multiple times and always have a great experience. It has a charming European-style beach resort feel in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. You truly have everything you need, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. There are great restaurants within walking distance, like the Wine Garden, which makes for a really fun stay. With family-friendly pools and hot tubs to choose from, all under the same umbrella company, it’s an easy choice. We highly recommend staying here.

Extremely disappointed. stayed 2 nights. Was told I could keep the same room and was moved. No other guests were booked in the room I moved from. Both bathroom toilets were unclean. Was told taxes and fees were included in price was overcharged $26.50 the first night and was overcharged $12.50 Customer service was no help. Room was facing LOUD construction right next door Debris and saw dust were coming into the property and the pool Constructions was very noisey was not informed of ANY construction before hand I would like a refund of those amounts due to the constant loud noise from construction loud pool area and I was not told about any other fees $39 in total. Extremely disappointed in THIS beach gardens property It doesn’t NOT keep up with NBV brand. Toilets were stained and yellow
