We have stayed here before and loved it. Very nice rooms with pools and hottubs inside and outside. This time we were very disappointed. It rained the whole time we were there. We didn't get to go to beach or use outside pools and hottub except for 1 day. We would have definitely used the inside pool and hottub but they were closed for repair. I would think this could have been done in winter when there wasnt many guests there. I paid hundreds to stay here for 5 nights and they still charged $12 a night to park! They have never charged that before. Also, there was no housekeeping. You had to call front desk between 9-2 to get supplies..towels, toilet paper, etc. Had to call more than once each time we called to get supplies. The resort itself is nice and room was good but I won't be back

Booked an accessible ocean front. This is NOT an accessible resort, but very accommodating and planned with my own shower chair. Fortunately I have some use of my legs, as there were 2 major steps down to the living area and the wonderful ocean view on the balcony of our 12th floor condo. |We had originally booked a Thursday-Monday stay, but were enjoying ourselves so much--decided on 1 more night 🌙 if the room was available. |The kitchen in this unit was well equipped, although the microwave was not particularly good at heating up much of anything. The refrigerator saved us from eating out except for a breakfast splurge. |Loved both the pools that I had the opportunity to use. Had been told there was a handicapped ♿ lift for those of us that may have the need, but that was not the case.

We stayed at Beach Colony Resort “Salt & Sea” on the 10th floor and it was incredible! If you can stay in the oceanfront units it is worth every penny! We woke up to gorgeous sunrises and dolphins swimming. Even though it was December we were still able to swim in the heated pool and hot tub outside. We can’t wait to go back!

Easy to get to and maneuver around. Did the nation rental through Vrbo using Vacasa. Everything was well laid out for us with no tassels. Access to the beach is a short walk (under 2 or 3 minutes). Nice stroll along the shoreline watching the gentle waves. Downside is the sauna, indoor pool, and hot tub are all under repair. Though three outdoor poors are accessible. Saw some little swimming yesterday, and surprisingly the pool was warm. There is an arcade on the property, free parking, a restaurant, and othe amenities. So much access to all sorts of venues up and down US Highway 17. Definitely recommend Beach Colony Resort.

Contrary to some of the other lower star reviews, this place is great. I have zero complaints, the room was clean, had a great view and the kitchenette had plates and cutlery. The beds were comfortable, beach access was literally a walk out the door and the staff were very kind. There's a small snack bar that's self serve and open all night. The indoor bar is something to be desired but it works in a pinch. Morning coffee was just a walk accross the parking lot to the dunes next door where there was a Starbucks. There's plenty of pool space for kids and things to do, if you plan accordingly. The indoor pool was closed this visit, but you're literally on the beach and the outdoor pools were heated. So there was no real loss there. I stayed 2nd week of September on the 19th floor, so the
