UNIT 12 - me and my friend Miguel stayed here back in the beginning of December and we enjoyed it. Yes this is an old building and they are working on upgrading things. The tubs are for sure old and stained, but the cleaning staff does well to keep things clean. We have stayed here 4 separate times from the studio to 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom, and they all have perks and some things needing fixes. They have come through twice in our stays and sprayed for bugs which was nice to see. The beds were always clean and comfortable, the manager has gone above and beyond to help our stays and the location is great! I do suggest looking into replacing tubs and yes the couches (cloth) ones need changing out. If you want Ritz quality go pay Ritz price, this place is great for price to quality. Sure some

I've been at this location like four other times, location couldn't be better, close to the beach, close to restaurants, Publix is just a 12 minute walk. The apartment comes with everything you need to not miss your home, great air conditioning, my unit even had a BBQ (which I loved). The staff a true pleasure to work with. Will definitely recommend it to family and friend.

Unit 12 Check in was not until 4pm. When we arrived, the code did not work and we had to call to have the code reset. The place is dated and has an old smell. The bath tub is stained. The shower is old and moldy and some of the tiles are cracked and some grout is missing. The sofa is itchy and hard. The kitchen is seveely dated and small. It lacked tje cleanliness and attention to details that my family appreciates. Oh, the floors look relatively new. Would not recommend this unit in particular.

Only good thing is that it’s walking distance to beach. Otherwise, apartment located on a creepy sidestreet, I barely slept as I did not feel safe at all. Door knob broken, lights don’t work and I was not going to spend my vacation calling around for maintenance issues. “To each their own,” but I would never stay here again.
