Bayou Oaks Mobile Home Park

I like living here it's what you make of it . This is a place that gives you a place you could use your own creative self and make this place what you'd like. This place will come to better heights. It definitely has patentional.

It's under new management and the streets and water leaks are being fixed. The trash filled trailers have been cleaned out and I believe they are going to tear some down. They have cleaned up but are being very hard nosed about cleaning up not considering the health of the tenants nor the lousy weather we are having. Would not recommend yet

If you are buying the trailer in this park than you should be the one to check out every detail of the trailer before putting any money on it. Making sure everything is where it needs to be, do a complete inspection on the trailer. Keep receipts of the money you have given. If you get one of the free trailers than again you should check everything before signing your name to any document. Validation is key if you sign your name without verifying everything that is wrong with the trailer in question than you are the one that isn't doing things right not the park. Now if there is something that has to be corrected by the park's management you should be providing something in writing so they know before agreeing to take the unit. Always keep records and receipts and document everything. Remem

The only reason I gave 1 star is because after 3 weeks of begging for our money back we got it back but only because we had to threaten her with taking her to court. 5 to 7 business days that is a joke.that is the time frame Paulette gave us to change our minds.Instead we were fed lie after lie after lie. The trailer we were going to move in needed to be condemned . The whole park needs to be condemned . We gave her our money on Thursday went back that Saturday to make sure we could live in this mobile home as is so when I found black mold every where inside and floors were in real bad shape and the roof well went back Saturday and there was a piece of plastic on roof just so many problems no air conditioners no hot water heater no stove or refrigerator .what was she charging 600.00 a mon

Trailers are older models, yet the location, beautiful oak trees and respectful management and quiet neighborhood is worth not having newer model. Disagree with comments stating "dirty"; I have never seen litter on the property. Thank you
