Baymont by Wyndham Whitefish

BE WARNED!!! This hotel is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)! There is no handicap accessibly options for guests. There is no elevator. Only stairs. We did not know this before booking! My Mom is handicapped. We requested a room on the first floor after finding this out and we were told there were none available. When we told them this was a violation they were extremely rude! Also the entire hotel smelled like marijuana and Fabuloso. The rooms were clean and well kept. But be warned!

I stay at a lot of hotels, and I have found this to be the best Wyndham hotel in Montana. It is reasonably priced, rooms are always neat and clean, the hotel is hospitable to dog travel companions, the operation is well run, the staff is very friendly and attentive -especially the front desk workers, and best of all -the water pressure is AMAZING. You don't realize how important that is until you get a week drizzle in your morning shower, not here! It is serious water pressure that is a lovely and invigorating way to start your day. It's the best shower I've had at ANY hotel, period. Great hotel, 5 stars!

I found that Ryan the night desk person was argumentative when I asked about fitness room. I stated that I saw a fitness room available and he got huffy and frustrated with me. I am a customer and I expect to be treated with respect. He seemed like a stressed out and should never be working in a customer service industry.

Positive: "" Negative: Breakfast was below standards. No in room coffee. Price too high for the age and quality. Check in too late be others standard.

The hotel's location was another highlight, conveniently situated to offer easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The breakfast served each morning was satisfying, with a good variety that catered to different preferences. The service throughout my stay was truly commendable—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests. Considering the quality of the room, amenities, and service, I found the hotel to offer great value for money. I would certainly recommend Baymont to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay with excellent service
