Baymont by Wyndham Pierre

I was a broke down truck driver stuck for 5 nights. My trucking company put me up in this hotel, and I could not have been happier about it with my stay - everyone was kind, caring, and sympathetic to the broke down situation. They kept making coffee in the lobby even though they normally don't have people drinking pots of coffee 24 hours a day and when I needed to walk to do laundry they allowed me to use their laundry facility. They were absolutely amazing and so helpful to me and my 120 lb German Shepherd service animal. I will gladly stay in this hotel again if I'm ever through Pierre South Dakota (hopefully not broke down)

Positive: Stayed there multi times 20 years ago...formerly Riverside Inn. Flew in for meeting at Ramkota Inn across the street. Elected to try this favorite place because of convenient location and price. And found it's still clean, first class facility. Negative: Didn't really interact with personnel other than check-in. They were accommodating. Rates were better than most options but I still don't like paying that much.

The hotel is tired. Carpets were dirty and stained, things were broken, no soap in the bathroom, and the air/heating was loud. There was little to no breakfast. OJ was water. No coffee or milk. We will never stay here again.

Front desk staff are amazing and friendly. Our AM flight was canceled and they let us stay in the room till 3pm. I've never heard of any hotels doing that before.

Staff helpfully & friendly! Hotel needs update, & maintenance, Odor from sink drain, towels need replacing, no soap, lites out, no shower Bars, no handicap rooms, no elevators, No shelves in fridge, toilet sluggish, drape issue, no lids to fit coffee cups Good TV, BED!!
