Baymont by Wyndham Mobile/ I-65

This hotel does not look like the advertisements at all!!! The room we were given was so disgusting that we just left immediately. It was a waste of $130 bucks. As soon as we walked into the room there was an odd mildew smell, stains on the wall, no trashcan, the tv remote had no batteries in it, and the room itself just looked unkept and outdated (along with the rest of the property). Several rooms had furniture outside of the doors and some of the rooms were even boarded off with nailed pieces of wood. It did not give off a clean or safe feeling. We were going to try to make it through the night but when we moved the pillow, we saw that it was hiding blood stains on the wall. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but we were so disgusted and grossed out that we just left immediately. I will

The check in host was great. I am a platinum member passing through so I used points. ||Due to reviews, we checked the room before checking in. ||The first room was ok & so was the second one. ||Upon further investigation from my wife, the bathroom needed to be updated badly. The tub had stains & for a two queen bed they only had one towel no wash clothes. ||The beds were comfortable & the television worked. ||Next morning, NO BREAKFAST. ||There were no bugs & the room was clean. No stains on sheets. Door was secured. ||For a bachelor passing through, no problem. For a couple, spend a little more & go to the Marriot. ||If they actually update the property, it would be a good place to stay.

No breakfast enless u the first person there 🤣😆 facts! Rooms have nice beds but they don't have microwaves or ovens only a fridge l. I ain't complaining I slept well was left alone I stayed three days.

Positive: Proximity to amenities Negative: Cleanliness of the exterior was not good. No housekeeping for the 12 days of stay. Breakfast was advertised however never available. Refrigerator did not work. Television remote did not operate tv. Requested replacement towels mid way thru stay twice.

No microwave, fridge lukewarm, floor FILTHY, no vending/ice/stores nearby. Advertised breakfast-nope, doesn't exist. Staff treats you(the paying guest)VERY POORLY-I could go on ALL DAY on this one. You might get one towel for two ppl. If you ask, you surely won't. I've stayed here off and on for 6 mos now, and last night took the cake. I will NEVER give them my money again. If staff were nicer, it might be okay-ish. But no, just NO. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
