Baymont by Wyndham International Drive/Universal Boulevard

Even though the room and the hotel looked nice, the floors were really dirty, the bathroom really dusty and there was alot of dirt on the floor. I spilled water on the floor and tried to clean it with a towel and it turned black, like my socks.Also, the shower was really dusty and was not probably working.

Nice hotel just off i drive so very quiet. Basic breakfast but good enough for families with kids, saves a fortune on eating out. Small pool, only ever saw the 2 of us in it, but good enough. Rooms nice but beds a bit soft for us, and housekeeping must be booked the day before. |Only reason I put 4 stars is the water went off for hours one night but was OK next day.

The facilities were a bit old, but the bed and pillows were quite comfortable, so I was able to sleep well. The cleanliness was not very good, and the floor hadn't been cleaned at all. A major reason I chose this accommodation was that it included a theme park shuttle, but I ended up not being able to use it. it didn't go to Epic, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the shuttle times didn't match my schedule for the other parks. The breakfast was simple but included, and parking was free and convenient. The front desk staff (Rick and other staff) were very friendly and helpful.

This Hotel needs to raise the standard of cleanliness and comfort. The entire hotel smells like stale cigarettes. The elevator does not feel safe to ride. All of the linens and towels in my room were stained. The oddest sized pillows on the bed which were not comfortable. The sheets (again) dirty & stained and are not comfortable or cozy. The lamp shades were dented. The lights on the headboard do not work. The furniture in the room was incredibly old, damaged, and too large. The bed mattress was larger than the bed frame. The breakfast is served on small styrofoam plates and coffee served in small styrofoam cups. I had such an uncomfortable experience that I left after the first night. I would have left immediately but it was 2am (flight was delayed) and there were limited hotel rooms ava

The hotel was simple! 10 minute drive to Universal Parks, 15-20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Starbucks walking distance. Bed was comfortable, great staff! Only complaint walls were kinda thin and had a heavy smell of cleaner! But better than a stinky smell! Is a nice hotel for the price!!! Would stay again! Wouldn’t mind a water bottle filing station in Lobby! Check out and In process was great!
