Baymont by Wyndham Golden/Red Rocks

The room itself was rather clean, neat, and passable for staying a couple of nights. The beds could use replacing, you could hear springs go off when you sat down. They offered an add-on of $25 to extend your check-out time to 1pm, which I thought was beneficial until we got woken up at 8:57a, 10:26a, and then a third time at 11:58am by room service. They shouldn't offer this add-on if they don't have a way of knowing which rooms to not disturb. Not to mention the walls are so thin, we could hear our neighbor moaning, their bed squeeking, and all the humping included from their morning sex twice in a row. Might pass on having to stay here again unless we're desperate for a room.

Let's start in the parking lot. The parking spaces to the right of the hotel entrance had 4 to 5 inches of standing water and/or sheets of ice covered with water that made them extremely slick. These parking spaces were bad when we got there on Friday and progressed to a disaster by the time we left on Tuesday. I nearly slipped and fell three times just trying to get off the ice to dry pavement. You are looking for a lawsuit with the condition of the parking lot. The room had hard wood floors. There was some sticky substance by the window that my sock stuck to. We left the fluffy parts of my sock on the spot the entire time so we would know where it was and not step in it again. The floor appeared to have not been swept and mopped. The hot tub was lukewarm when I checked it on arrival. W

Positive: "" Negative: None of the staff hardly spoke English. They did not have enough of anything in the room We had to go to the front desk so many times it was ridiculous. The key to our room kept going out also. The breakfast was nasty This hotel is a 1 star for sure.

***WARNING*** STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Listen to the negative reviews about this one. I ignored them and I instantly regretted my decision the moment we arrived. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’m still fighting for my refund and we never actually stayed there we were checked in all of 15 minutes. The management here will scream at you and refuse to give you your money back. After seeing the conditions of these rooms you will wish you booked elsewhere I promise you.

Booked this hotel months in advance for a very good price. Happy that it was 20 minutes from Red Rocks during concert traffic. In N Out is also 10 minutes away. Staff was friendly, kind and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean with Dove products stocked if needed. Ice box in freezer also kept Popsicles rock solid where at other hotels they usually melt. Overall great stay and worth it for so many reasons!
