Baymont by Wyndham El Dorado

Traveling to south Texas and we got hit with a bad storm and we stopped to sleep for the night. Very good and cozy place, rooms look like they are remodeled. Great continental breakfast! Front desk staff were also very attentive and super nice! Would definitely come back!

OK spot for a solo trip, but don't bring your wife. Not very clean or nice, really, but gets the job done. The place is more of a motel, with externally facing doors for each room. The room wasn't very clean and the breakfast is only OK if you're desperate for some free calories.

We stayed for the night as we were headed home from North Dakota. Having stayed in some nice Wyndham places we were surprised this location was part of the Wyndham chain. The room was okay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment, one kind of cereal, bottles of juice (for sale), and bread available to make toast. Waffle maker wasn't ready. And my Dad said the coffee was terrible. We went to McD after checking out. This was at the end of May.

Place wasn't very clean. You couldn't walk barfoot wirhout your feet crunching over the dirty tiles. The bedding was stained, the place hadn't been dusted in what legit looked like weeks. They didn't mention a 50$ hold that was put on my card on top of Mt payment and when i asked what it was for o i was given a vague answer about it being held as a deposit. The hotel. Com site did not mention this being the standard practice and if i hadnt had the money in my account they could have canceled my reservation and charged me for it. A breakfast buffet that was just some stale cereal and toast. We went there for the indoor pool that was front and center of the ad only to be told that the (remember it's indoor) pool was actually shut for season! Yet, pretty sure the pool and "free breakfast bar
