Bay Colony Inn (A Gull Lake Beach Resorts Property)

The place was lovely, clean, and located near everything. The manager was easy to work with. Beach was very clean and crystal clear water. Will be going back.

All in all this is a nice place. We had a 4 queen unit, and for having that many beds we wished there was more seating in the living room. When we checked in the unit was mediocrely clean (sand all over). But the kitchen has lots of utensils. The unit is pretty cute and felt homey walking in to. The cleaning and maintenance staff was kind, fast, and helpful. The outside chair areas are nice. The hallway going up to our unit was dark and had a brown stain on the wall and the stairs were filthy. A carpet and wall cleaning would go along way for this pretty nice small resort :) The sunsets are 5 star!!!!

We stayed at Bay Colony Inn Resort on Gull Lake and it was the perfect cabin for our family vacation. Every aspect of our entire trip beginning with the initial reservations staff, and continued throughout our stay in our cabin which was excellent. We also would like to recognize Shawn and Brian who, it seemed like they were there 7 days a week!! They keep the grounds, buildings, and lakeshore area very clean and organized. They were very helpful with area information and responding to take care of minor items that we needed in our cabin. We highly recommend Bay Colony Inn for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

Had a great stay. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is great(next time I will remember seasonings and tinfoil and plastic wrap).

Grandview Lodge is always a wonderful place to stay! This is the 1st (of 6) that we stayed at Bay Colony. My only complaint is that it is not very sound proof. We stayed upstairs and could hear EVERY conversation of the people staying downstairs. Other than that it was super clean and a perfect place too stay!
