Basin Inn

Okay here is the truth. This place has good views of the lake. I think this place was a primary residence at one time but is now a rental. The place is dirty. To much dust on things. The down stares is not finished out with bad sheetrock and stained carpets. Up stare is dusty. The cabin is nice but neglected and is not worth the 1000.00 dollars we are sending for 3 days. On top of all this our hot water is not working. The temps are between 30-50 degrees. I will not say here again. This is a warning for people looking to stay here. Fix it are sell it.

I’m with David. My wife and I stayed here for the Fourth of July 2025. The downstairs looks like a crime scene. The water was brown and parts of the metal piping were coming out with it. The kitchen lighting worked when it wanted too. This place is old and dated but not kept up with. Bugs in corners and spiders thought out the home. I paid over 1200 to stay here. I also complained to vrbo and the owners….according to David nothing has changed. Don’t stay here. I’m saving you, you’re welcome.
