Bancroft Inn of Sonoma

Our stay at the Bancroft Inn was really nice. Camille was an amazing host and helped us to book everything. This is your traditional B&B experience so you’re sharing the common areas with the other guests which we enjoyed. We played cards in the living room while the other guests had drinks and laughs in the dining room. In the morning Camille set up a really nice spread with pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit for us as well as hot tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at the Bancroft Inn while house hunting in the Sonoma area. My sister and her boyfriend joined me after a few days, for a weekend in wine country.|What a lovely long weekend we enjoyed at the Bancroft Inn!!! |The house is fabulous, vintage California! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there....but I would be remiss without mentioning the wonderful proprietress, Camille!!! What a lovely woman! I can honestly say, our stay would not have been so terrific without her. So kind and a great conversationalist!!!! What a treat to enjoy an amazing cocktail hour with her, regaling the guests with her fascinating stories; we loved her!!!! |I would not only stay again, i would live there, if I could!!! |Sincere than

Our girls’ trip to Sonoma and our stay at the Bancroft Inn couldn’t have been better. What a beautiful house this is! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, It was perfect for the nine of us. The beds were very luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room table had plenty of room for all of us to dine together or play games. The backyard is so pretty and a great place to gather in the evenings or any time really. I hope we can return sometime!

I stayed with a group of my girl friends for a long weekend in September and we had an amazing weekend. The communication was great leading up to and during our stay. We were able to reach out whenever there was anything we needed or had any questions. The inn is beautifully maintained, and the backyard is a little paradise in itself. The location is close to everything in downtown Sonoma, we were able to walk to all of our dinner reservations and to a few tasting rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

This is amazing place to stay! Clean with high end linens. Owners are super nice and accommodating if we had any needs. What a great location... walking distance to downtown with lovely shops and eateries. Grounds are peaceful and well manicured. Weather is wonderful in Sonoma. So many wineries in the area. Can’t wait to go back!
